Schedule of Events
This is a schedule of events that will be occurring over the event. This includes things such as tournaments, courts, balls, and the feast.
The schedule is tentative and is subject to change up until the event. Should a visiting chapter wish to host a tournament or game please send a message to Serena Valentina on the scrolls or send her an e-mail through the contact page.
Quests and other in game nuisances will not be listed.
Thursday, August 31st
Set up, Final Pre-event Elder and NPC Meetings. Cars are allowed in game area at this time but please do not go past Trillium camp or Clear Sky Keep in vehicles in fear of getting stuck. Elders will be around to help camps set up and transfer items from your vehicle to camp.
At night there will be a camp fire in Clear Sky Keep to get to know each other OOG.
Friday, September 1st
Game On. No cars will be allowed within the In Game area at this time. Official safety brief will occur in game during opening court. The Crown requests that each chapter that has a member in attendance bring a banner with the groups heraldry or logo for display at this time.
The Court will close with a Royal Stag Hunt to start off the festivities.
A Tree of Charlemagne tournament will follow the Hunt.
Possible torchlight tournament will take place as well.
The day will end with a nighttime campfire where characters are welcome to step up and sing. There may be a small fire-light court held to hand out prizes to the winners of the Hunt, Tournaments, and possibly best singer/song.

End the day with a Grand Ball in the Honor of Princess Aurora McArthur followed by a Court out hand out prizes

Tournaments and games hosted by visiting Chapters
Grand Feast with feast court to hand out prizes
Monday, September 4th
Tear Down, Players are expected to be off site by nightfall. Local Elders will be around to assist. As with set-up vehicles will be allowed on site from Clear Sky to Trillium but not past to ensure vehicle safety.
